Cheif Executive Officer
Mr. Farough Ali Naweed, FCMA is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at DigiTech Synergy (Private) Limited. He is a Fellow member of the ICMA International and holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants-UK. Moreover, he has a degree of MA (Economics) from University of Karachi and M.COM equivalency certificate from Higher Education Commission.
Waqas Ali Munawar, FCMA
Executive Director
Mr. Waqas Ali Munawar, FCMA, is the Executive Director (ED) at DigiTech Synergy (Private) Limited. He is a Fellow member of ICMA International and holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. With over 14 years of experience in reputable organizations, including two US firms and international experience, Mr. Waqas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company.

Furthermore, the undersigned has an ample experience of more than twenty-six (26) years in reputable education and training organizations on the post of Managing Director (MD) at Nodebook (Private) Limited, a company specializing in business and data technologies, Director Education (ICMA International), Head Academics & Examinations (The Institute of Bankers Pakistan), Joint Director (Examinations, ICMA International), Head of Internal Audit (ICMA International) etc. He was Faculty for both Professional (CIMA, CA, ACCA, ICMA International) and Academic qualifications (MBA, BBA, BS, BIT, DIT).
In addition, he has served Karachi Branch Council of ICMA International on two honorary positions, i.e., Vice Chairman and Secretary & Treasurer. Currently, he has been serving on an honorary position of Vice Chairman Branch Members’ Social Welfare Committee in Karachi Branch Council of ICMA International. Beside this, he has been serving as a member in Education, Continuous Professional Development, Research & Publication and Students’ Affairs Committees of Karachi Branch Council of ICMA International. Moreover, he is being associated with Muhammed Ali Jinnah University (MAJU) honorarily in the Industrial Professionals’ Committee which works on their curriculum and other Academic related activities.

He is a Fellow member of ICMA International and holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. With over 14 years of experience in reputable organizations, including two US firms and international experience, Mr. Waqas brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our company.
Mr. Waqas has a particular focus on Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, MLE, Computer Vision, and related fields, having worked in these areas for over 8 years. Prior to joining DigiTech, he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Nodebook (Private) Limited, a company specializing in business and data technologies. He has also provided services to a US firm and ICMA International.
Throughout his career, Mr. Munawar has made significant contributions to the field of Data Science and AI. He has served as a Senior Data Science Consultant and Researcher at the Center for Software Research & Development (CSRD) at NED University, a Lead Data Science Trainer at ICMA International, and a Data Science lead for Post Graduate Program at NED University. He has also worked as a Data Science Consultant at Magna Powertrain, c, Business Analyst at Brandt International Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), Financial Consultant at Callathon Inc., and as Lead A. I Trainer at the President Initiative of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing (PIAIC).
With his extensive experience and knowledge in the field of Data Science and AI, Mr. Waqas is a valuable asset to our company and we are confident in his ability to lead our team and drive our company’s success.
